Rudy Giuliani will drop out of the presidential race tomorrow, and endorse John McCain.

Thanks to everyone who supported this cause. And please pray that whoever ultimately becomes the next president of the United States will use that office to acknowledge and protect the inherent dignity of all life, from conception until natural death.

Let us hope so.

For the record, while I am personally supporting Mike Huckabee, Catholics Against Rudy will not be endorsing any candidate for president. The sole purpose of this website is to oppose the candidacy of Rudy Giuliani. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Also, I realize things have been quiet around here of late; but then again (and thankfully), Rudy isn’t doing much these days. If and when his nomination begins to pick up steam again, we’ll be right there in the thick of it. Until then, keep fighting the good fight, and spreading the word about Rudy’s atrocious record on “Culture of Life” and marriage issues.

Tom Piatak has an excellent piece in the latest issue of the American Conservative entitled, “GOP Loses Its Life: Pro-abortion nominee would shatter Reagan’s coalition.”

CAR may be against Mayor Giuliani’s candidacy, but we certainly pray that he recovers quickly from the flu-like symptoms that caused him to be hospitalized.
